Is the plugin on WordPress.org?
The official free ZIP is on this page now. A WordPress.org listing (slug legate-conversational-ai-ads) is the distribution target — until it is live, download only from legateads.com.
Does the free plugin talk to a SaaS API?
Yes — by design, and disclosed in the plugin. The unit is rendered by Legate Ads™ (legateads.com). You create a workspace, paste an API key, and conversations run on prepaid Conversation Credits. Leads also store in your local wp_legate_leads table.
How is this different from a website chatbot plugin?
Chatbots wait on traffic you already paid to acquire. This is a conversational display unit in a standard banner slot. Visitors talk inside 300×250 or 728×90 — then you get a qualified lead with the transcript.
What about WooCommerce?
Pro and Agency plans can serialize products (price, SKU, stock) into the OKF catalog so the agent can speak from live catalog facts — not invented prices.
Can I still traffic this in Google Ad Manager?
Yes. The plugin is for WordPress pages you control. The same campaign token is a third-party JS tag for GAM. SafeFrame expand and click-to-chat are built into the engine.
How do I get leads into HubSpot or Salesforce?
Free stores leads in WordPress and exports CSV. Pro and Agency push via signed webhook or native HubSpot / Salesforce connectors on the advertiser in your Legate workspace.
Is Pro a monthly subscription?
No. Pro ($49) and Agency ($199) are one-time annual licenses, paid in your Legate Ads workspace (Team) with the same Stripe account as Conversation Credits. Renewing adds another 12 months. Live AI still uses prepaid credits — the license is for plugin sites and features.
